Ok it's technically my second post...I wanted to post stuff earlier than this but I've been so damned busy I didn't have time. I went to Ottawa yesterday for a celiac meeting (we were vendors)...had a great time...Ottawa is actually a really charming city...especially Byward Market which reminds me of Yorkville (in Toronto for those of you who don't know).
Funniest thing I saw yesterday was on Prince of Wales Dr. (or St. or whatever it is...). It was on the scenic route...yup...it was scenic all right! Right down to the huge sign that said WIN THIS DREAM HOME!...it was a sign for one of those hospital lotteries...only problem was it was beside the oldest & most dilapitdated house I've ever seen (complete with holes & gaps everywhere & broken windows)! Just hilarious! I wish I'd taken a photo so you could see it...
